An Hilarious Farce

The Buckle brothers, Billy and Tom are in big trouble. Tom's infallible eye for slow horses has drained away all of Billy's savings and he has borrowed from a loan shark who now wants his money back – or else! There's plenty of money in grandfather Buckle's will, but how to get at it? Add a stuffy young lawyer, a hard-drinking, man-hungry housekeeper and a trio of beautiful young women, and you have the recipe for a laugh-packed farce of twists, turns, puns and pratfalls.

Biographies

 Erin Lindke (Director)
Erin has worked in community theatre for the past thirty years. She last appeared at Dreamweavers Theatre as director of the highly successful Love, Sex and the IRS. She has also worked with Vallejo Music Theatre and MIRA Theatre Guild. After a long absence from theatre she is happily making her return with this hilarous production of Lie, Cheat and Genuflect. Erin wants to especially thank all the cast for their hard work and the extra mile they all walked to make this production successful.

Therese Abalo (Miss MacKintosh)
Therese is happy to be in her first production at Dreamweavers Theatre. Therese has had many job paths but she and her "apples" have only really felt at home on the stage! She would like to thank the cast and crew for being so great throughout this whole process. Hopefully this will be the start of a beautiful friendship!!

Adrian Atman (Robert Fryburger)
Adrian appeared with Dreamweavers Theater as Donald Carney in Biloxi Blues last season and has just finished Kiss Me Kate at Napa Valley College. He has also enjoyed roles such as half of Starvling in A Musical Midsummer Nights Dream and the 'artist formally known as' Prince in Snow Queen. He hopes to continue his progression in the Art as he looks to the future.

Gabriel Frey (Pizza Face Petrillo)
Gabe is very excited to be returning to the Dreamweavers stage. When we last saw him he was on the wrong end of a Lord Ruthven beat down in The Vampyre. Once again he finds himself amongst a very creative and talented cast that will only allow him to grow as a performer. A big thank you to the theatre for adding those special perks in his contract including "all the free water he can drink." Most importantly he would like to express his sincere gratitude to all of you who come watch our shows and give your support, without you none of this is possible!

Christian King (Tom Buckle)
Christian is elated to be making his West Coast debut with such a great show and wonderful cast. Some of his favorite roles are Jamie in Last Five Years, Cain in Children of Eden, Tom in Road Games, and who can forget how great he looked not only as a woman but also as a nun as Sister Robert Ann in Nunsense: Amen! Christian would like to thank Erin for this opportunity and her patience. A big thank you to Therese for giving the strength he needed to get back to his second love: Theatre.

Tina Rene Luisen (Girl)
Tina has been involved in theatre for over fifteen years both in her hometown of Stockton as well as here in the Bay Area and Napa. She has performed at various theatres all over the Bay area for the last seven years. Some of her favorite roles include playing Belinda in Noises Off for two years in a row at Contra Costa Civic Theatre, Duke Frederick in As You Like It for Woman's Will Shakespeare Co., Janie in Not Now, Darling at Dreamweaver's as well as acting in the world premiere of Maiden Voyages in collaboration with East/West Players and performing with Gibson House Murder Mystery Performers.

Krisi Pilkington (Virginia)
This is Krisi's seventh play with Dreamweavers. She is truly grateful for the opportunity to participane in such a wonderful production. Some of her favorite roles have been Sara Benjamin in God's Favorite, Miss Tipdale in  Not Now, Darling and most recently Sylvia in Sylvia. Mostly she would like to thank the patrons of the Dreamweavers, if not for your support we could not perform. Thanks to all and enjoy the show.

Daryl Roberts (Billy Buckle)
This is not the first time Daryl has played a woman – previous roles include Mrs. Folgers, Marge, and the "Where's the Beef?" lady. Daryl’s favorite Dreamweavers roles include Gilbert Bodley in Not Now, Darling, Leslie in Love, Sex and the IRS, Brian Runnicles in No Sex, Please, We're British, and Ernie in Neil Simon's Rumors. He's been quoted as saying, "there's nothing better than being on stage making people laugh; until you realize you're in a drama."  When not acting for Dreamweavers, he acts like a real live attorney for the District Attorney's Office and resides in town with his lovely artistic wife (she wears the pants . . .) and three brat cats.

Sharon Winderlich (Jane)
Sharon is very excited to be back at Dreamweavers. She last appeared in Not Now Darling. She is very glad to be working with Daryl, Tina and Krisi one more time. Sharon is an officer in the US Air Force Nurse Corp (yes, she really is a nurse) stationed at Travis AFB. She has been married to Bernie for 31 years and has two grown sons. Sharon wishes to thank Erin for this opportunity to be with a tremendously talented cast. She also wishes to thank her husband for his love and support.
