Meet with directors of productions to determine set needs and feasibility of director's requests. Schedule set building work days using current list of volunteers. Oversee set building activities. Ensure that set building supplies are well-stocked.

Days of week, hours per day, etc. are entirely flexible. Hours during pre-production process are highest. Little or no time required while production is 'on the boards'.
